Membership in TWIG is open to all women in the Triangle area of NC.  To join TWIG download, print  and mail in to the address listed on the form or scan and email to membership@trianglewomeningolf.com before March 31st.


Three payment types:  Mail a check with the Membership application; Pay via Zelle to treasurer@trianglewomeningolf.com; or use the PayPal buttons below.  Once received, Membership Committee will contact you afterwards.

Returning Member Handicap Fee

$25.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

If you maintain your GHIN handicap through TWIG, the annual fee is $20.  If you pay through this PayPal button, the total is $25 which includes the processing fee. Alternatively, you can mail your check for $20 made payable to TWIG, PO Box 99630, Raleigh, NC 27624-9630 or pay via Zelle using the following email address:  treasurer@trianglewomeningolf.com. The deadline for payment is March 31st.

  1. Must be active member of TWIG
  2. The shot must be made during a TWIG event or while playing with a TWIG member or specified person "connected" to member.
  3. The shot must be made on gross scores.
  4. A member of TWIG must sign your scorecard.

This is a term used when a golfer makes a hole in one! In other words, the tee shot is hit and it goes into the hole – how about that!

BIRDIE

This is a bird in real life, but in golf it means a score of 2 under par on a hole (a score of 3 on a par 5 or a score of 2 on a par 4).

A score of 1 under par for a hole. (i.e. a score of 3 on a par 4 hole)

A short approach shot with a low trajectory usually hit from close to the green and goes into the hole.
